How does it work?
- High school rowers who identify as BIPOC will be able to sign up to be part of the Name Exchange on this website starting July 1st before their junior year of high school.
- Every two weeks from July 1st to January 1st, BRNNE volunteers will collect the registrations and send the information directly and confidentially to college coaches across the country.
- Coaches will receive these updates automatically to their school email addresses, and those interested in paying special attention to BIPOC applicants will be able to use the information as they wish for recruiting.
